Evaluation of in their hands program

Project Period

April 2019 - March 2020

Project Partners

  • Marie Stopes Kenya
  • Well Told Story
  • Triggerise

The In Their Hands (ITH) program aims to increase adolescents’ use of high-quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services through targeted interventions in Kenya. The project is implemented by three partners: Marie Stopes Kenya (MSK), Well Told Story (WTS) and Triggerise.

The evaluation aims to generate evidence on how the ITH partnership model is working to meet the intended goals of the project and the needs of adolescents, assess adolescent service user’s experience and how the programme has influenced adolescent voice, decision-making autonomy, power dynamics and provider accountability. The evaluation is implemented by APHRC, we will use a mixed method approach including routine monitoring data collected through the ITH platform to evaluate the effects of the project.
