It emphasizes the key achievements in each of the four Strategic Objectives and highlights performance of the units, challenges, lessons learnt and best practices. The report further pinpoints the priorities of the units going into the Year 2020. The development of this report followed a comprehensive consultative review process with each of the units in the four divisions; the process led by the Monitoring and Evaluation team under the Development Unit.
