Carolyne is a passionate and results-driven Program Administrative Officer within the Policy Engagement and Communication Program at the African Population and Health Research Center. She brings extensive experience in providing administrative, coordination, and logistical support to initiatives that advance evidence-informed policy making and strategic communication.

She holds a diploma in education and a bachelor’s degree in counseling psychology. Guided by a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, Carolyne finds great fulfillment in contributing to impactful and collaborative work that promotes learning and growth. In her free time, she enjoys exploring topics on mental health and personal development, deepening her understanding of human behavior and well-being.
