Take our Survey – The African Research Culture Online Questionnaire

February 8, 2023

The African Population and Health Research Center is implementing an online research study, “an exploratory study of the African Research Culture” in 54 countries on the continent. The main aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of research culture in the African context, its impacts and how it could be improved.

In line with the project’s mandate – to investigate the current culture of research in Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), in Africa, we are seeking researchers’ experiences, perceptions, attitudes and opinions on the environment in which they work and the research practice in Africa. We define research culture as, `the behaviors, values, expectations, attitudes and norms of our research communities”, but would like to hear researchers’ voices regarding their opinion on the topic.
