As the research and learning partner in the TeachWell Project consortium, APHRC is conducting an Implementation/Fidelity Study to assess the extent to which TeachWell interventions are delivered as intended and how they are taken up in school settings. APHRC seeks to examine how teachers in refugee and host community schools implement and experience key components of the TeachWell Project, including professional development support, instructional practices, classroom environments, and selected aspects of teacher well-being in Garissa and Turkana counties.
The study seeks to recruit qualified Quantitative Field Enumerators for the study in Turkana County, Kenya. Data collection is scheduled to take place in March 2026. Applicants residing in Turkana County are encouraged to apply.
