Functionally, the Synergy Unit Visibility promotes crosscutting programming among specialized units and teams at the Center, facilitates sustained engagement with policy actors, and supports the strategic communication of research evidence to drive positive change on the continent. OVERVIEW A new systematic approach to knowledge management, with intuitive and routine mechanisms for tracking and analytics of all products is fully implemented. We are broadening our knowledge management portfolio to include learning, in order to provide the time, space and opportunity to share lessons, course correct and maximize opportunities to inform and achieve impact.
