ABOUT Nancy Wairimu Kang’ethe

Nancy works in the Human Resources unit and she handles aspects of recruitment, staff health, welfare & safety as well as performance management.

She holds an MBA (Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kenya Institute of Management. Previously, Nancy worked at Practical Action Eastern Africa Regional Office as a Human Resources Officer for seven years where she handled all aspects of Human Resources.

Nancy is driven by the desire to see staff work in an environment that is conducive enough to enable them perform at their best.
