His earlier experiences as a Field Supervisor, Field Team Leader, Field Coordinator, and Field Interviewer at the Centre further underline his commitment to rigorous research. His diverse skills encompass data collection management and qualitative and quantitative analysis, highlighting his significant contributions to various impactful projects.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Development Studies from Kenyatta University, James built a solid foundation. His experience as a Research Supervisor for the Learning through Play Study and Research Coordinator for the Aquatic Food Systems Study demonstrates his capability to plan, execute, and supervise field research, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to program improvement.
