Allan’s expertise is in user support and network administration. He lends ICT support to APHRC staff and the various projects being undertaken.

Allan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He seeks out innovative ways to solve problems using ICT.
