The African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), SRHR Africa Trust (SAT), Malawi and Plan International, Malawi will hold a National Adolescents and Young People’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Symposium from February 27th – 1st March 2023 in Lilongwe. The main aim of the symposium is provide a platform for multi stakeholder conversation on approaches to strengthening and improving access to adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights in Malawi.
The conference theme is “ What Works? The the State of Access to ASRHR Information and Services for Adolescents and Young people in Malawi” and will focus on bringing together, Policy Makers , Development Partners, Media, Service Providers, experts ,Grassroots Women and Girls , Men , Sexual and Gender Minority Groups, like minded civil society organizations, adolescents and young people
Discussions during the symposium will center on the following thematic areas:
The African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), SRHR Africa Trust (SAT), Malawi and Plan International, Malawi are pleased to invite interested participants to submit abstracts at most two of the thematic areas of the conference.
The abstract must be written in the format below;
• Single spaced with paragraphs
• Maximum of 700 words
• Include the title and authors
• Key words
For Research Include;
Significance, Research Objectives, Methodology, Key Results, Policy and Practice Contribution.
For Program or Policy Interventions Include;
Background, Methodology, Results, Lessons and Replicability.
