The Partner shall not be permitted to use the funding allocated under this Agreement other than in accordance with the Project Budget. b) Any deviation from the agreed Project Budget must have prior written approval from APHRC. c) Where APHRC has provided non-cash items under the Project, the Partner shall be responsible for their safety and security, and for ensuring they are applied towards their intended use.
