Djibril SALL
Djibril Sall oversees financial planning, reporting, grant management, tax compliance, and administrative operations for the West Africa Regional Office (WARO). He plays a central role in ensuring strong internal controls, adherence to donor and regulatory standards, and the effective strengthening of financial and operational systems across the region.
He joined APHRC after applying to an advertised position and successfully completing a competitive recruitment process. Djibril holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Accounting and Tax Techniques, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Law and Taxation. Before joining APHRC, he served as Administrative and Financial Specialist at ChildFund International and held progressive roles in finance and administration at Save the Children, RAES, and other institutions, where he contributed to strengthening financial governance and compliance.
He is driven by a commitment to operational excellence and by the ambition to build resilient financial and administrative systems that enhance organizational efficiency and impact.
