ABOUT Monica Wanjiru Njonge

Monica serves as a People and Culture Business Partner within the Operations Division. Her responsibilities involve supporting various human resource processes, including talent acquisition and management, employee learning and development, and performance management.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Moi University as well as a Diploma in Business Management from the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at the African International University.

Before joining APHRC in 2016, Monica worked as an Executive Assistant at the Kenya Markets Trust.

Monica is driven by her passion for cultivating a positive organizational culture and an environment where people are motivated and truly enjoy their work.
