ABOUT Martin Mbaya

Martin is currently a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of Technology Management in the University of Pretoria’s Faculty of Engineering, Built Environment and IT. His research focus is systemic barriers to digital learning innovation in Africa within universities. Martin is also a Doctoral Fellow at Strathmore University Business School’s Institute of Public Policy and Governance. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
