Louis Marie Gaël Bidzogo Ekobono
Gael coordinates the SIDA-funded fund management program of the Joint Programming Initiative of Anti-Microbial Resistance (JPIAMR) projects implemented in African universities and institutions.
With over 9 years of experience in several International Organizations, Gael holds a Master’s degree in Health Sociology, specializing in action research on Health Systems in Africa, from the University of Yaounde 1 in Cameroon and another Master’s degree in Peace and Humanitarian Security from the University of Maroua in Cameroon. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology of Population and Development.
Before joining APHRC as part of the Early Years’ Fellowship program, Gael worked with the World Bank Group in Cameroon, supporting the Human Development team and mostly the Education and Social Protection sector in activities related to early learning, early childhood development, nutrition, mobile creches and pushing the preschool agenda forward with the Government.
