Lilian performs a variety of human resource support duties such as recruitment, maintaining human resource database in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and management of leave and staff attendance.

She holds a bachelors’ degree in human resource management from Maasai Mara University. Lilian also completed a higher diploma course in human resource management from the College of Human Resource Management. She desires to be a be a top-notch human resources professional.
