Hillary Ongili
Hillary Ongili is a Procurement Officer at APHRC with over 5 years of experience sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favourable terms, and ensuring that procurement processes align with budgetary goals. He is also responsible for quality assurance in supplier selection, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and overseeing compliance standards to ensure that goods and services meet the organization’s strategic needs.
He holds a BSc in Business Administration, Procurement option, from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology. He is currently pursuing Counselling Psychology at the Kenya Institute of Professional Counselling. Previously, he worked as an Office Assistant at NESCO services Company, a research field Interviewer, and an intern in Procurement at APHRC. Hillary is focused on achieving meaningful results, where precision, efficiency, and strategic planning are essential. A naturally social person, he prioritizes building strong relationships across the board. Whether collaborating with colleagues, engaging with suppliers, or welcoming new team members, Hillary brings a friendly and supportive presence that fosters a cohesive work environment.
