David is a data systems developer at the Center, specializing in designing and building data collection and processing systems. With expertise in web applications, mobile apps, and database design, his role involves consistently developing and improving data collection interfaces for research projects, ensuring these systems are efficient and customized to meet the unique requirements of research teams.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi (UoN) and certifications in Statistical Analysis, GIS, and Data Science. He is an expert in developing versatile and user-friendly solutions across platforms. David previously worked at the United Nations and AIG Insurance, where he gained valuable experience in developing and managing complex systems.

David is motivated by the satisfaction of developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. He takes pride in improving processes and creating systems that make a tangible impact.
