Catherine is an experienced IT Support Officer who specializes in technical support and troubleshooting. She is proficient in providing hardware and software support through face-to-face interactions, phone assistance, or remote services.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kiriri Women’s University of Science and Technology, a Diploma in Information Technology from the Regional Institute of Business Studies, and a CCNA certification from African Nazarene University. She is dedicated to helping others and feels fulfilled when her clients are happy and their issues are resolved.
