Bethsheba oversees the maintenance of office spaces, manages resources, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. With a decade of experience in Facilities and Administration, she optimizes work environments and oversees operations. Her expertise in budget management, vendor relations, and coordinating facility upgrades allows her to streamline processes and ensure smooth, efficient operations at APHRC.
She holds a degree in Business Management from Kenya Methodist University and is a certified Human Resource Professional from The College of Human Resources. Additionally, she has a Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management. She is pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources at the University of Nairobi.
She is motivated by ensuring that facilities and administrative functions operate seamlessly and efficiently. She takes great satisfaction in creating an environment where employees can focus on their work without concerns about logistical or operational matters. Her ability to anticipate and address potential issues inspires her to continuously improve processes and uphold high standards.
