ABOUT Beatrice Njeri Karanja

At APHRC, Beatrice supports designing and implementing the organization’s compensation, reward, and benefits programs. Her role includes managing employee wellness initiatives, benefits administration, providing HR audit support, and leading staff engagement activities.

She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Strathmore University, and a National Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management. In addition, she holds a Trustee Development Program Certification from the College of Insurance. Before joining APHRC, she worked at CIC Insurance Group Plc as an HR Assistant Manager in charge of compensation and benefits.

Beatrice is passionate about Human Resources because it allows her to make a tangible difference in people’s work lives and, in turn, contribute to the organization’s goals and objectives. She finds fulfillment in supporting people in realizing their full potential in the workplace and ensuring decent compensation and rewards for their efforts.

She endeavors to cultivate a safe, steady, and inclusive work environment where employees feel respected, valued, and appreciated for their work.
