Farah Abdimalik
Abdimalik is a Research Officer attached to the Human Development theme, supporting the Education and Youth Empowerment unit. He is currently working on the TeachWell Project in Kenya. This project seeks to strengthen the quality and equitable, inclusive teacher professional development (TPD) while also supporting school environments in refugee camps and refugee-hosting communities, improving the well-being of teachers and learners and learning outcomes.
Abdimalik holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education from Kenyatta University in Kenya, where he is also pursuing a PhD in Education. He has extensive research experience, including his most recent position as a Research Assistant for the Wasichina Wote Wasome project by Women Educational Researchers of Kenya.
