ABOUT Kevin Kiiru

Kevin supports the Research Capacity Strengthening Division’s non-CARTA (Consortium for Advanced Research Training in Africa) programs with program accounting related work ranging from budget preparation, program expenditure approvals to preparing financial reports.

He has an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of Nairobi, a Bachelors of Business Management from Moi University, and is a Certified Public Accountant finalist. He has previously worked as a financial accountant at Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi.

Kevin is driven by efficiency and effectiveness! He is happy when reports are sent in good time and proposal budgets win grants.

When not thinking about accounting, he enjoys mentoring young adults in their social space.
