Christine Ger Ochola
Christine Ger Ochola is a Communications Officer at APHRC’s Synergy Unit within the Policy Engagement and Communications (PEC) program. She is dedicated to shaping communication strategies that match APHRC’s research-to-policy goals. She focuses on communicating APHRC’s high-quality research output, using different media and strategies to help the Center communicate more effectively for maximum impact on African health and development.
Christine holds a Higher Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from NIBS Technical College. She also holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Training from Sinapis Entrepreneur Academy and a Public Speaking Certificate from the Steve Siebold Speaking School. Christine is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Daystar University, focusing on Public Relations. Before joining APHRC, Christine served as a Content Strategist at Global Exhibitions Inc., where she played a crucial role in crafting compelling communication packages and organizing engaging content creation. Her passion for audio-visual storytelling uniquely positions her as a well-rounded and dynamic communicator, which is vital in her current role.
