Angela has over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in the telecommunications sector. She is an accomplished and resourceful professional in managing public affairs, developing, and strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and advocating for policy reform in diverse issue areas.

A leader, well trained in high performance teams, she is currently the Head of Sub Saharan Africa at the GSMA, a trade body that represents the interests of 800+ mobile operators worldwide and stakeholders in the wider ecosystem.

She is recognized as a digital and technology expert with solid Information Communications and Telecommunications (ICT) background for managing all aspects of strategic engagement on digital transformation and advocacy on related public policies.

She has a proven track record of success in devising and implementing advocacy plans, positively representing organizations, and maintaining professional contacts

Angela holds a Executive Masters in Business Administration degree from University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Nairobi.
