Billy has 8 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, and Data management. He also has a range of expertise in Design and implementation of M&E frameworks, database management.
He holds a Bsc. in Mathematics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Formerly Billy worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Gender Violence Recovery Center.
At the center Billy is responsible for undertaking data quality controls, data quality assessments, and data quality audits. He leads data validation and monitoring reporting, developing MEL data quality assurance guidelines and plans as well as Data to Action frameworks, and capacity building staff on adherence to data quality standards.
