Lillian heads the Human Resources unit and is responsible for staffing issues including recruitment, training and development, staff welfare and retention.
She holds an MBA degree in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Education degree in French and Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling. Prior to joining APHRC she worked with Agence France Presse (AFP) as a Regional Administrative Officer for six years. She is interested in seeing people maximizing their potential and enjoying what they do.
