Ismaëla Cissé
Finance Accountant
Ismaëla is a Program Finance Accountant at WARO. He supports the WARO Finance Officer on budgeting, procurement, facilities, reviewing field imprest and staff travel advance, petty cash, and administrative tasks, and he also assists the finance team in managing grants.
He has a Master’s in Organizational Management Sciences from UCAO St Michel in Dakar, Senegal, and has completed many training courses at the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal. He has seven years of professional experience in several international organizations between Senegal and Morocco.
Early in his career, he developed a passion for humanitarian work, particularly in Africa. He is driven by the desire to give hope to vulnerable people and improve their lives.
