Henrietta Asante–Sarpong

Henrietta Asante–Sarpong holds dual master’s degrees in Development Studies and Population Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the University of Ghana respectively. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana. Prior to gaining admission for a PhD programme in Development Studies at the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana in January 2012, she was a programme officer for research at the Alliance for Reproductive Health Rights, a local Non- Governmental Organisation based in Accra-Ghana. Her research interest is in the area of reproductive health particularly on maternal and child health and adolescent reproductive health.
